How it works
Discovery Call
A quick call to understand your goals, timeline, budget, and what’s not working today—and to confirm we’re the right fit for each other. We’ll align on style, priorities, and the level of support you want, then I’ll recommend the best path forward.
Scope + Retainer
You’ll receive a clear scope outlining deliverables, estimated hours, and next steps. Once the retainer is in place, we lock the schedule and get moving with a defined plan and communication cadence.
Design + Refinement
I develop a cohesive concept and translate it into real, buildable decisions—layout, finishes, lighting, and furnishings. We refine together through a focused revision process so every choice feels intentional and aligned.
Final Handoff Package
You’ll get a polished “go” package: selections, specs and links, drawings as needed, and clear notes for your contractor (or for you to implement). It’s designed to eliminate guesswork and keep the project running smoothly.
Construction Oversight
Support during execution—on-site/virtual check-ins, answering contractor questions, reviewing shop drawings and submittals, and helping resolve issues and substitutions as they arise. This is often the difference between a design that looks great on paper and a finished space that truly reflects the plan.
For Designers
Studio support should feel seamless—not like another thing to manage. I partner with design firms as a dependable contract designer, jumping in where you need extra capacity—drafting, presentations, schedules, selections, and documentation—so you can stay focused on clients and big-picture design. I’m comfortable working within your standards, behind the scenes, and white-label when helpful.

Scope + Retainer
You’ll receive a clear scope outlining tasks, estimated hours, and priorities (hourly, weekly block, or project-based). Once the retainer is in place, we lock in availability and establish file-sharing, templates, and a simple check-in cadence. Because I take on a limited number of studio partners to keep quality high, scheduling is based on current capacity—but I’m always transparent upfront so deadlines stay realistic.
Production + Refinement
I take on production work efficiently and thoughtfully—creating clean first passes and building in time for review. You redline; I revise—keeping iterations tight, organized, and consistent with your studio standards.
Final Handoff Package
You’ll receive organized, ready-to-use deliverables with clear file naming, version control, and a quick summary of what’s complete vs. what’s pending. The goal is drop-in support that saves you time, not adds extra cleanup.
Ongoing Studio Support
For longer engagements, I can stay on as steady weekly capacity and scale up or down with your workload. White-label support is available so your team stays client-facing and the work reflects your studio’s voice and brand.
