Services Available
Hourly Design Services
Sometimes a space just needs a facelift - a new coat of paint, updated cabinetry hardware, new lighting, or new flooring. It's nice to have an expert in your corner for these decisions! Hourly design services are just that - an hourly rate to fit your project requirements and your budget!

(All projects have a 3-hour minimum hourly rate)
Interior Remodel
Your home should be a reflection of you and your family. Let's make it work for YOU!
An Interior Remodel usually involves a reconfiguration of space - whether moving or adding walls, creating a new cabinetry layout, relocating plumbing, updating fixtures, selecting new finishes, or choosing new lighting, etc. I'll act as your guide through the design and selection process.
Once completed, I will coordinate with your contractor or installer of choice, delivering all necessary design drawings, and specifications, and be available to address any issues or questions during the construction or installation process.
How it Works
Discovery Call
This is the first step in the design process. All clients start here regardless of project size. We will discuss your design needs, answer any questions you may have, discuss schedule, and determine if your project is a good fit!
In-Home Consultation
After the discovery call, for local clients, we will schedule a time for me to visit your home and walk the project with you. For non-local clients this can be done via facetime as well!
($350 fee for in-person, $150 for facetime)
Design Services
Next we start design! The extent of this phase varies greatly depending on the size of the project, the complexity of the project, and your specific needs. Just as each client is different, so is every design project. I bill hourly from this point on, in order to tailor fit my design services to your specific needs and budget. No surprises or hidden costs.
The Design Phase can include the following:
-Space Planning
-Showroom Visits
-Cabinetry Design
-Finish Selection
-Lighting Selection
-Fixture Selection
-Accessory Selection
-Architectural Drawings (floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations, etc.)
-Permit drawings (if applicable)
-Construction Drawings
-Coordination with suppliers/showrooms
At the beginning of the Design Phase, a Design Contract is drawn up which details the services to be provided, the exact scope of work, and how billing will work. At this time, an initial deposit is due as well. The deposit goes toward your total cost for design services.
Construction or Installation
At the end of design, I will hand off all required design documents and specifications to your preferred contractor or installer. I'm then available on an as-needed basis as questions or issues may arise.

This is an important final step to ensure the design is implemented properly and to buffer you from answering unnecessary questions during the construction or installation phase.

At the end of every project I take photos of the design, or arrange for someone else to take photos. All photos are shared with you.
